What to Expect When You Engage BioTerraVa

What does a typical engagement cost?

Audits and studies range from CAD $5,000–$25,000. Design and ECA work typically runs $25,000–$150,000 depending on complexity. Full EPC programs are quoted fixed-fee or cost-plus. Every proposal includes a detailed fee breakdown with no hidden overhead markup.

How long before we see a proposal?

After the initial 30-minute consultation, you will receive a written proposal within 3–5 business days. Urgent compliance matters can be fast-tracked to 48 hours.

Are you qualified for municipal RFPs?

Yes. BioTerraVa operates under a PEO Certificate of Authorization. Principal Medhat Gad, P.Eng. carries professional liability insurance, WSIB coverage, and has responded to municipal RFPs and Class EA processes across Ontario.

Can you work within our fiscal year?
